The Patrol Division is responsible for providing general police services within the Village of Larchmont. The Division consist of five Patrol Squads, and each such squad is comprised of a first line supervisor and a number of police officers as determined by the Chief of Police.
Contained within the Patrol Division is the Bicycle Patrol Unit. This Unit is responsible for the uniformed patrol duties of specific areas as determined by the Chief of Police. The unit is intended to complement traditional motor patrol, while increasing visibility and mobility of over foot patrol.
